چکیده

Microwave resonant is one of the sensors used in characterizing material and also most sensitive for measuring dielectric properties. This project proposed method due to its accuracy sensitivity. The split ring resonators were mounted on fruit sample surface observe frequency behavior, measure freshness. resonator was set at 6 GHz using FR4 lossy substrate. findings show that coupling distance radius have greatest impact preserving behavior. fundamental obtained frequencies observed based different moisture content test material. level 38.2%, 54%, 69%, 86.7%. At 86.7%, has highest shifting by left. shows larger change occurs when water higher.
